Frequently asked

Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails occasionally land there. If it's not there after a few minutes, try signing in again and requesting a new link. Still nothing? Use the support form below and we'll sort it out manually.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email address you registered with. You'll receive a reset link — again, check spam if it doesn't arrive within a minute or two. If you're not sure which email you used, contact us below.
Make sure the image is a JPEG or PNG and under 10 MB. If you're on a mobile, try taking the photo directly within the app rather than uploading from your gallery. A strong Wi-Fi connection helps too. If problems persist, use the form below and tell us your device type.
Try pulling down to refresh the courses list. If the booking still doesn't show, you may not have been confirmed yet — spaces are limited and the committee confirms each booking. If you haven't heard within 48 hours, send us a note below with the course name and your preferred date.
Your costs and payments are all visible under the Finances section of the app. If something looks wrong, use the support form below — select Payment or cost query as the category — and the treasurer will investigate and respond.
First, try closing and reopening the app, then check that you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. A full device restart also fixes most issues. If the problem continues, please describe exactly what you were doing when it happened and include your device model and OS version in the support form below — it really helps us track things down.
Go to My Profile in the app and tap Edit. You can update your address, phone number, next of kin, and most other personal details yourself. Some fields are committee-managed — if you can't find what you need to change, drop us a message below.
Don't worry — contact us using the form below and a committee member will correct the details or merge accounts as needed. Please include your name, email address, and what needs to be changed.
